I work with clients and partners. Sometimes that means shaping a programme together. Sometimes it’s spotting a fiddly process and making it easier.
I’m also building Something Somewhere. Away from work, there’s Padfoot, Fig and long walks around Leeds Castle.
This collection is a bit of all of that. Pick something that catches your eye.

At Econsultancy, I worked with a gaming client and grew the account’s annual value from £30,000 to £110,000.
I took the work from the first idea and proposal through to delivery, then heard from the client about how it had gone.
The figures show the account’s annual value.
Something Somewhere is a photo game I’m building. It starts with a shared Brief, then you head out and see what you notice.
Look a little closer at the places you pass every day and capture whatever catches your eye.
Look for the two O shapes from the wordmark in the world around you, then capture a pair that catches your attention.

I put tailored AI for Marketers training into practice. It was then adapted for five more clients, reaching 1,500 learners.
The project also helped shape a separate course on the platform that more clients could use.

Let’s Do This
At Let’s Do This, I put together a clearer route for new partners to get started.
Getting a partner started went from 15 working days to five.
I also kept in touch with partners through a big change in company direction and helped them get to grips with new products and features.
Treatwell
At Treatwell, I got 40 partners who had signed up but weren’t using their accounts going again.
83% of those accounts were still active 12 months later.
Treatwell
At Treatwell, I created a new account role focused on helping partners grow.
Three UK account managers took on the role, followed by six more account managers across three markets.

Let’s Do This
I built a daily process that automatically found new events and organisers we could contact.
Instead of four hours of research each week, we could check the report in five minutes. What it found depended on which new events and organisers were appearing.
Econsultancy
I showed 30 colleagues at Econsultancy how to use ChatGPT and Canva to tailor the platform, plan sales work and put proposals together.
Proposals that took three days to turn around could be ready in two hours. That’s the time from start to finish, rather than a count of staff hours saved.
I enjoy going out for long walks around Leeds Castle.

Econsultancy
I introduced messages and platform materials tailored to individual clients.
That work helped increase user engagement with the materials and platform by almost 23%.
