Clients, ideas and better ways of doing things.

My work
so far.

I like getting to the bottom of what people need, working out what we could do, and making it happen.

I’ve worked across learning, events, salon bookings and recruitment. The thread through it all is people: building good relationships, helping them get more out of something, and making the fiddly bits easier.

From my time at Econsultancy.

What I bring.

Getting to the real question

I like understanding what someone is trying to do before jumping to a solution. That’s where the useful conversations, proposals and account plans start.

Making an idea happen

I bring clients, consultants, product people and delivery teams together, work out the scope and cost, and stay close as the work takes shape.

Finding a better way

If the same problem keeps coming up, I look for something we can change. A clearer process, a useful bit of automation, or a better way to help someone get started.

Bringing people along

I enjoy making tools and ideas easier to use. Sometimes that’s a client learning programme; sometimes it’s showing a colleague what ChatGPT or Canva can help with.

A few things I’ve changed.

Small improvements, bigger programmes, and relationships that grew. Pick one for the story behind it.
